HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?
Choose the most suitable product in our online product catalog and contact us using the contact form. By clicking on the symbol “ + ”, the product will automatically be sent to the “ Preparation of the offer ”, which is located in the upper right corner of the LightUp main page. After this step, you will receive an offer in your email, so you need to provide information about the customer. As a result, you should pay attention to the button “Send offer by email”". Very soon you will receive an offer design with all the necessary information in your email inbox.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCT WORK?
You can pay for the purchase of products using cashless payments through banks or by paying for the goods in cash at our office. There is also an option - an advance invoice - which can be sent via e-mail, fax or by post. It is important to remember that we deliver the goods only after the advance invoice is paid, as a result of which you will receive the original advance invoice, delivery note and warranty card together with the goods.
In case your selected product is not currently available in Latvian warehouses, you will have to make an advance payment of 30-50% of the product value. Since the advance payment may be different for each brand, we invite you to contact us to obtain accurate information to resolve the situation of interest to you. Please note that in this situation the delivery time of the goods will be longer, as it is influenced by additional factors.
HOW DOES THE GOODS DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
In Riga:
The delivery time of goods is 1-3 days if the ordered item is available in stock.
The delivery fee in the Riga city area is 5 EUR. Delivery is provided by: SIA LightUp, SIA DPD Latvia, etc.
By prior arrangement, it is also convenient to receive the goods at our office, located at Līvzemes Street 23, Salaspils. Working hours: 9:00-18:00 on weekdays.
In Latvia:
The delivery time of goods within Latvia is 2-4 days if the ordered item is available in stock.
The delivery service is provided by LightUp or partners - logistics companies -, including SIA "DPD Latvia". The cost of delivering goods depends on the service prices set by the cooperation partners, which are publicly available to all interested parties. The cost of delivering goods is based on the weight of the shipment, the distance to be covered and the dimensions of the goods. The company

HOW TO CHECK IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED SAFELY?
Logistics company SIA “DPD Latvia” offers the opportunity to easily track the delivery route, which results in an accurate delivery date. Upon receiving the shipment number, enter it on the website www.dpd.lv to receive information about the route of your shipment.
